Welcome to Jobber AI! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Jobber AI platform, products, services, and applications (collectively, the “Service”), operated by YeanTech Inc. (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By using Jobber AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You must be at least 16 years old to use Jobber AI. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
• Providing accurate information when using the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our policies.

2. Accounts and Access

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Companies may purchase screening slots or enable leaderboard access. Applicants may access premium features like leaderboard rankings for a fee.

You agree not to:

• Share login credentials with unauthorized users
• Reverse-engineer or tamper with the platform
• Submit false or misleading application data

3. Payments and Refunds

Certain features of Jobber AI are offered on a paid basis, including:

• Screening slot packages
• Premium applicant leaderboard access

All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, branding, and code on the platform are the property of YeanTech Inc. or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service unless expressly authorized in writing.

Applicants retain ownership of the answers they submit, but by submitting them through the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process that data for screening and analytics purposes.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

We are committed to transparency, security, and compliance with applicable data laws, including GDPR.

6. Disclaimers

Jobber AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee hiring outcomes, applicant performance, or uninterrupted availability of the Service.

You use the platform at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YeanTech Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Errors in screening outcomes
• Any indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 3 months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion, especially if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, any rights granted to you will immediately cease.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
